Our Story
Harlequin Queen Ranch is a family owned micro ranch located in north Scottsdale for over 20 years. Our hearts have always held a passion for the beauty in ranching, caring for animals, & preserving the essence and lifestyle of true western heritage.
In 2026 we decided to expand our existing equine heard with the addition of Mini Highland Cattle and thus HQ Highland and Honey was born.
We are blessed beyond measure to continue our journey by brining a timeless western touch to your biggest moments and milestones.
Our Team
Cody Rodbell
Co-Founder & Micro Rancher
Cody brings over 25 years of experience in livestock care, ranch management, and equestrian operations. As current operator of an established ranch housing multiple horses, Cody is responsible for all aspects of animal health, feeding, training and facility management.Â
Professionally, Cody has over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, currently managing and reconciling high-volume financial transactions, providing a strong foundation in financial oversight, budgeting and operational discipline.
Sasha Wise
Co-Founder & Micro Rancher
Sasha brings over 25 years of experience working with horses and livestock, including roles in training, grooming, ranch operations, and guided trail experiences. Often referred to as an animal whisperer Sasha creates unique connections with each animal on the ranch.
With a background in event sales & marketing Sasha currently holds over a million dollar book of business in catering events. Her expertise includes event planning, vendor and venue coordination & marketing strategy providing a direct pipeline for business development.

Georgie
Steered Chrome Micro/Mini Highpark Highland
Our sweet and sassy boy Georgie is our first Mini Highland. Beautifully chromed, chondro positive & polled steer born March 25th 2026 to Gillie and RCM Mighty Warrior at RCM Ranch in Colorado. Georgie will make his debut here on HQ Ranch in mid August 2026, and at events in late October 2026.
This breed of cattle are the golden retrievers of cows and we absolutely cannot wait to show him off and prepare him to shine at events and gatherings this fall and beyond. Follow us on Instagram for more frequent updates.Â
